Quality Management System Structure

In all healthcare services and other processes provided in our center, the Healthcare Quality Standards are applied. Our Quality Management Department was established in line with the Ministry of Health regulations on the development and evaluation of healthcare service quality. The aim is to ensure standardization and coordination of our hospital’s Corporate Service Management, Document Management, Patient- and Employee-Oriented Services, Healthcare Services, Support Services, and Indicator Management, thereby enhancing overall quality.

Our Quality Policy

To conduct all healthcare services and activities in our center under the framework of Total Quality Management, based on mutual trust, efficiency, continuity, and team spirit.
To set annual goals in line with our corporate objectives and regularly monitor these goals, increasing both motivation and development.
To ensure the sustainability of a safe, high-quality healthcare delivery and the Quality Management System itself, by adopting a “Continuous Improvement” approach and integrating all our employees into Quality Management activities through non-conformity reporting systems.
To keep the rate of meeting expectations and needs at the highest level by following up on the feedback and suggestions of our patients, their relatives, and our employees.
To maximize the achievement of our strategic goals—formed in line with our corporate objectives—by making our processes measurable and consistently monitored.
To lead all our employees in spreading a culture of Patient and Employee Safety and ensuring the most efficient practices through the teams and committees we have established.
To ensure that all processes are monitored and kept under control through our internal control and reporting systems, thereby guaranteeing regular reviews and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
As an institution responsible toward the environment, to ensure that all waste is recycled or disposed of in compliance with regulations, through licensed companies, in a way that does not harm the environment or any living beings.
